Register Warranty

Helmet products purchased at authorized stores of the NIC brand have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

• Genuine products purchased at NIC Helmets or authorized dealers of the NIC brand that are still within the warranty period.

• Products that experience damage determined to be due to a manufacturer’s defect and are still within the warranty period: helmet accessories (helmet straps, helmet buckles, lining, adjustment knobs, etc.).

Warranty Exclusions

• Products that cannot be verified as genuine and purchased at NIC Helmets or authorized dealers of the NIC brand (counterfeit/fake products).

• Products damaged due to mechanical impact or showing signs of intentional damage. NIC Helmets does not warranty the specific structures of the helmet, such as the shell or EPS liner.

• Unauthorized disassembly, modification of product structure, improper use, or use of non-genuine parts.

Paid Repair Cases

• For products purchased at NIC Helmets or NIC Helmets dealers that are beyond the warranty period, the company will provide paid repair services.

Note: All products of NIC Helmets, POC Helmets, and Falcon Helmets, when purchased through our authorized dealer network, can be brought or sent directly to the Warranty and Customer Care Center at 50A Duong Duc Hien, Tay Thanh, Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City, for warranty service.
