Requirements to Become a NIC Helmets Dealer

To become a dealer of NIC Helmets, retailers must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a business registration certificate in accordance with Vietnamese law.

  • Be currently operating in related fields such as: helmets, sports accessories, products related to sports, transportation, fashion, etc.

  • Have a stable business location in an area where NIC Helmets wishes to establish a dealership.

  • Maintain healthy financial statements and demonstrate good financial capacity. Have good market activities and customer relations within the market scope managed by the unit.

In cases where the above conditions are not fully met, but the applicant expresses interest and is located in an area where a dealership is desired, NIC Helmets may still consider them for dealership status.

 

Warranty Coverage

Genuine products purchased at NIC Helmets or authorized dealers of the NIC Helmets brand that are still within the warranty period.

Products that experience damage determined to be due to a manufacturer’s defect and are still within the warranty period: helmet accessories (helmet straps, helmet buckles, lining, adjustment knobs, etc.)

 

Procedure to Become a NIC Helmets Dealer

Or, fill out the registration form alongside.

After receiving the registration form from the retailer, NIC Helmets will respond within 3-5 business days.

 

Sales Policies for NIC Helmets Dealers

Dealers are required to sell at the price provided by NIC. The list price will be announced by the company and communicated to dealers in writing.

 

Dealer Benefits

  • Sales images will be provided.

  • Dealer information will be featured on the NIC Helmets website and in promotional materials.

  • Promotional materials, product introductions, technical documents, and catalogs will be provided.

  • You will be regularly updated on new technologies and new products.

  • You will receive preferential warranty policies from NIC Helmets.

 

Dealer Responsibilities

  • Organize product displays and introductions.

  • Allocate a specific area for displaying and introducing goods (if there is a physical store) or display on the website and the dealer’s online sales pages.

  • Inform the company about sales performance, price fluctuations, and customer feedback on product quality.

  • Adhere to the terms and conditions of the dealer agreement and purchase contracts.

  • Do not publish on public media selling prices lower than the company’s nationally listed retail price.

  • Annually, NIC will compile sales figures, evaluate business activities, and market development activities to review and decide whether to continue the dealership relationship or potentially terminate it.

 

Principles of Cooperation and Development

NIC Helmets and dealers cooperate on the principle of equality and mutual benefit. Any disputes arising during the cooperation process must be resolved through voluntary mediation. In the event that the two parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be brought to the Economic Court – People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City. The court’s decision is final, and the losing party will bear all costs.
