The NIC N03 3/4 helmet – A perfect blend of classic and modern, featuring the signature design of a classic helmet combined with many outstanding features. 1. Product Exchange Policy for Defective Items:

• The product to be exchanged must be unused and still have its original tags and labels attached.

• Exchanges are limited to one time per product, regardless of the invoice or transaction (except in cases of manufacturer defects).

• If a product is determined to have a manufacturer defect, NIC will support an exchange for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer will bear the additional cost.

  Note: Exchanges for defective products are only allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Warranty Period:

• Helmet products purchased at authorized stores of the NIC brand have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Policy:

• Express: Shipping method for all provinces and cities nationwide.

• Same-Day Delivery: Only applicable for districts/townships in Ho Chi Minh City.
